POLICIES

All insurances for shipping will be insured and warrantied through UPS and/or the shipping company. Please allow 15-20 days to receive your order if more than 15 pieces. Also, please allow 2-14 days to accept your package if your package has 14 or less pieces. We do not have control over the shipping process once we send out your package. We will do our best to help you find your package, if lost, or help you arrange anything further to the best of our abilities. We are a small family-owned business that tries the best we can whenever we can. Please be patient as our delivery companies try their best to get your product to you.
